We conduct access and availability studies, including secret shopper surveys, to assess appointment availability and after hours care. Aggregating and Analyzing CAHPS Data
CSS has been responsible for collecting CAHPS survey response data files from the 100+ plans that participate in the Government Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) program. We aggregate and analyze those data for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), which then uses the results of our analyses to prepare Open Season guides that assist employees and retirees in choosing a health plan.
