License and Controlled (User ID and Password Required) Site Access
CSS provides organization level access to projects, information, and reports through this website by secure log-in using CSS defined User ID's and organization representative defined Passwords. Users logging in through organization level User ID and Password attest that they have reason to access that organization's content area, are in the current employ of the organization whose content area they are accessing, and authorized by the organization to access the organization's content through the CSS portal. Users attempting access through the log-in area who do not meet these qualifications shall be considered as attempting or committing a trespass to chattels and are subject to prosecution.
Your Organization Account (User ID and Password)
If you use this site as an authorized representative of an organization for whom CSS provides services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account User ID and Password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. CSS and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel User IDs and Passwords in their sole discretion.

Disputes

Center for the Study of Services (“CSS”) is a nonprofit organization that works with organizations and agencies to measure, report, and improve the experiences of healthcare consumers, patients, and providers. CSS is a consumer-focused company and we take privacy very seriously. This privacy policy describes the types of information we collect, how we protect the information, and how we share information.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising.
