Medicare Advantage & Prescription Drug Plan CAHPS Surveys

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires all MA & PDP contracts with at least 600 enrollees to conduct this survey via an approved survey vendor. The surveys are used to help consumers make meaningful comparisons between MA and PDP contracts.

CSS has been conducting this survey since 2007 for both MA & PDP enrollees as well as Fee-for-Service Medicare beneficiaries. We offer high standards for implementation, experience with all the languages currently authorized by CMS, and deep expertise in surveying Medicare beneficiaries.
