QHP Enrollee Survey

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requires Qualified Health Plans offered on Health Insurance Exchanges to conduct a survey to assess their enrollees & experience. Plans are required to work with an approved vendor for this annual survey

CSS was among the first vendors approved for this program, using this certification along with several others, to serve our health plan partners across lines of business to understand their members' experiences when it comes to their health care.
